Teri is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Board Certified Counselor in the states of Washington, Utah, and Arizona. She received her masters degree from Antioch/New England Graduate School of Psychology with postgraduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a seasoned, intuitive therapist with 35 years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families in both in-patient and out-patient psychiatric facilities in Houston, Texas; Brattleboro, Vermont; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Seattle, Washington.
Teri uses a mindfulness-based approach to rational-emotive cognitive therapy. She works with complex trauma (trauma experienced within families), relationships, anxiety, depression, addictions, parenting, blended family issues, and the treatment of postpartum depression. Dedicated to supporting families, she also teaches the MBSR, a mindfulness-based stress reduction program offering classes, workshops, and private retreats.
