All services are provided under the 'dba' EASTSIDE HEALING ARTS, which is a sole-proprietorship, owned and operated by Teri Nielsen since 1997. She is a dual-licensed healthcare provider and uses her 'dba' for business and billing purposes. Billing services are provided for clients accessing their mental health benefits for counseling services or their EAP (Employee Assistance Program) benefits.
Teri is a contracted/preferred provider for Premera, Regence, APS Healthcare, Wellspring/Family Services, Microsoft, WholeFoods, and Trader Joe's Employee Assistance Programs. Services may be covered fully or in part. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the details of their mental health benefits prior to setting up their first appointment.
